Orders typically ship within one business day of being placed. Due to our dealer agreements, most bikes are not eligible for home delivery.

*Certain products are subject to shipping and handling surcharges because of size or weight. Wheels, handlebars, trainers, and racks commonly incur additional charges. These charges will display in your shopping cart.
We do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.
In-store pickup is free except for bikes and certain oversized items. Oversize charges will display in your shopping cart.
Some products may require additional processing time for shipment or transfer. Order processing time will appear in your shopping cart and order confirmation. You will receive a call or email when your order is ready for pickup.
BikeHub accepts returns and exchanges on new, uninstalled products in the original, undamaged packaging. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Items can be returned to any of our retail stores or shipped directly back to us within 30 days of purchase. Contact us for Return Authorization and shipping information.
- Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to customer returns.
- Certain oversize items such as wheels, car racks, child seats, trailers and bikes are subject to a $40 restocking fee.
- Any item that is not in brand-new condition, missing the packaging, or cannot be sold as new may be subject to a 40% restocking fee, or rejected.
To request warranty service, send photos and a description to email@example.com or visit one of our locations. BikeHub may process your claim or in some circumstances redirect you to the manufacturer for warranty claims. Approved warranty claims will receive a replacement or store credit. Damage caused by user error or abuse will not be covered under warranty. Warranty claims can take up to 30 days to process.
Ship returns via Ground Fedex/UPS or tracked US Mail. COD shipments will be rejected and returned. Returned merchandise that does not conform to our return, exchange, or warranty policies is subject to a restocking fee.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but will use this information only for those specific purposes.
PRICES AND INFORMATION
We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices and time estimates in our online catalog and website. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where discrepancies in price or stock status exist - regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you spot an error, please bring it to our attention in person, by phone, or email. Thank you!
