Register for Parking

Our registration is safe, easy and quick!

You’ll need an email address, phone number and a physical* RFID transit card (TAP or Clipper card).

Premium accounts also need a valid credit or debit card, and a government issued ID for ID verification before access is granted.

Free Basic BikeHub account.

You'll need a basic account to use our Valet Locations and Smart Bike Racks. Registration is completely free and helps us track parking availability.

BART Valet: Uptown, Berkeley, Fruitvale SF Caltrain Valet BART Smart Racks

Premium BikeHub account.

You'll need a BikeHub Premium account to access Metro LA, Caltrain Palo Alto, or Sacramento BikeHubs.  Membership is available in week, month, or annual passes and grants 24/7 key-card access to our secure bike parking rooms.
